Is Opt In List Building for the Affiliate Marketer?

As an affiliate marketer you are no doubt looking to make money online for what many consider minimal effort. After all the website is built for you, it converts well and it would appear all you have to do is draw traffic for decent commissions. Sounds good but for any affiliate marketer to make real money online they simply must consider building an opt in email list of their own

Now, building a responsive list like any other endeavour in life entails some work. That said it can be one of the most profitable things you can do to turbo charge your online efforts not to mention the profits too. The time and effort put in will certainly be well worth it.

Your list opens up various other avenues for business. Take joint ventures for instance. You would be in a strong position to leverage your efforts with ad swaps or give away events to grow your list. Launching your own product or service would have a different outlook as you would be able to test it's popularity by the response of your list.

One other great advantage of having a list is that you can ask your list exactly what they want. You then go ahead and produce it for them and be handsomely rewarded. I also think it is very rewarding to be able to help those on your list to make money online too. You can do this by providing the know how and sourcing the right products at the right price for your opt in email list to benefit from.

It is a known fact that most affiliates, probably about 90 percent of them, are not making any money from their affiliate marketing. I think the reason for this is quite simply that they spend so much effort and money looking for traffic. This traffic is usually undirected and any efforts geared towards this will produce very little. Apart from information, people online are also looking for a relationship. Can they trust you? Trust comes with time. Building your own list allows you to gain this trust and your traffic becomes targeted. You can then expect meaningful results to your offers. It beats expecting people to buy from you first time round on your website especially in the light of the fact that people need an exposure of about 7 - 10 times before they will make a purchase.

I am singing the virtues of having a list as being a key to successful affiliate marketing. Many successful marketers have been known to make serious affiliate sales by just sending a recommendation or endorsement email message to their list and receiving thousands of dollars as payment a few hours later.

This kind of marketing experience is really worth building a list for. It does not happen overnight and requires that you have a good relationship with your list for it to be responsive.

Clearly, owning your own opt in email list will help turbo charge your affiliate marketing efforts and put some money in the bank to show for your online efforts. Is it not time you started building an opt in email list? One that enables you to make real money online.

Build a list and build your own traffic - and I mean targeted and responsive traffic.

Don't Catch These Two Diseases

Burn the FAT!

www.BurnTheFatInnerCircle.com

One of my favorite motivational speakers is a guy by the name of Brian Tracy, who is one of the world’s top experts on success psychology and personal achievement. In case you haven’t heard of Brian, he is sort of like a calmer, more “laid back” version of infomercial guru, Tony Robbins.

Not long ago, I had the chance to attend a seminar Brian held at the Jacob Javitz center here in New York City. One part of his talk really grabbed my attention, and I’d like to share it with you...

Brian said that that there are two diseases running rampant across America and much of the industrialized world today. If you had to hazard a guess, which two do you think they are? Cancer? Diabetes? Heart Disease? Osteoporosis? Obesity?

Guess what? They’re NONE of the above. In fact, they’re not even physical diseases – they are mental diseases.

The first mental disease, according to Tracy, is called something-for nothing disease. Something for nothing disease is contracted by people who believe they can take more out than what they put in. These are the people who want all the rewards without paying full price, or as Brian put it, “They want to go through the revolving door of life on someone else’s push.”

Quick fix disease is the second of the mental diseases. According to Brian, this disease is contracted by people who always want a quick way to reach their goals. They search for instant cures to solve problems that may have taken months or even years to develop. They seek short cuts to acquire key skills that actually take many months and years of hard work to master.

These diseases are not to be confused with the desire to constantly get better and search for more efficient ways to reach your goals (which is a positive trait). The “diseased” people are those trying to reach their goals faster than nature intended without any effort (which is a negative trait). As a friend of mine once said, "There’s a big difference between seeking efficiency and being lazy."

Brian’s New York City seminar was mostly filled with businesspeople, sales professionals and entrepreneurs, so he referred to financial examples, such as: wanting to work fewer hours and earn more money, investing in get rich quick schemes, or buying lottery tickets.

However, I personally feel that quick fix and something for nothing disease are more rampant and insidious among people with fitness goals than they are among any other group.

Health and fitness seekers with something for nothing disease they think they can get twice the results in half the time. They want weight loss without dieting, fitness without exercise, and perfect health while eating, drinking and smoking whatever they want.

Those with quick fix disease want to take a pill, go to sleep, and wake up skinny. They are forever on a quest to find short cuts to fitness goals that that normally take months or years to attain.

People afflicted by quick fix disease are suckers for the latest “exercise in a bottle,” “fat burning cream,” “diet pill,” or “steroid replacement” scams. They impulsively buy miracle solutions on a whim, which they haven’t researched and know nothing about.

Saddest of all, they often waste YEARS of their lives on a misguided quest for the holy grail of weight loss or muscle growth, when they could have reached their goals with a better work ethic and a little bit of persistence.

People with these diseases are violating some of the most basic laws of the universe: Cause and effect, sowing and reaping, action and reaction. This is just as ridiculous as attempting to violate other natural laws such as the law of gravity. Jump off a cliff, and you’re going to plummet to the Earth below – 100% of the time.

But there’s more: Not only are you going to FAIL and hit bottom if you catch one or both of these diseases - the very act of seeking a quick fix or wanting something for nothing makes you a weaker person.

On the other hand, the act of setting a worthy goal for something you want and reaching it through diligence, determination, discipline and hard work changes the very fiber of your being. You literally change on a cellular level; you become a stronger person.

The purpose of having a worthy goal then, is not to possess the goal, it is to become a better person as result of pursuing and achieving the goal. If you get something for nothing, you may have that thing, but you have not become anything. Pity the person who wins a million dollars who has not become a millionaire in spirit and character.

It’s been said you don’t get what you want in life, you get what you deserve. If you want to achieve your perfect weight and improve your health… if you want success and achievement… if you want to win the championship title… then set the goal and go for it!

But whatever you do, don’t catch these two diseases. SHUN THE QUICK FIX, AVOID THE FREE RIDE and deserve it. You can have, do or be anything you want - just pay the price and it’s yours!

Tips for Affiliates

Becoming an affiliate is one of the easiest ways to monetize your presence on the internet. It is extremely easy to participate in and once you have set up your account, all you have to do is make it work for you. But how is it that some affiliates earn more than others In fact, these blessed ones earn at least 10 times that of average affiliates Want to know the secrets to affiliate success.

What we are about to divulge are well known tips and not so secret advice. They are not magic spells and programming tweaks that will turn your affiliate program into a million dollar empire. However, these common sense tips are surefire tricks that will improve your chances and give you better exposure. Here they are:

Accept that there will be competition.
Competition is a fact of life with becoming an affiliate. Not all of us can make $5,000 a month just by letting the program work on its own. There are too many like minded individuals out there who want a bigger chunk off the internet pie. That means you will have to work hard to get yourself the exposure and trust you need. Complacency means death to any affiliate and you would be better off keeping that in mind if you want to succeed in this business.

Proper positioning pays.
The human eye is a complex creation of Nature and while no two pairs are alike, there are certain predictable behavior patterns that the eyes follow. Case in point: when surfing, every one of us has a tendency to look at the 'hot spots' on a web page. These are places such as the inside content, the left hand corner, the top portion of the page, the bottom of the page, etc. If you want people to notice your ads, place them in these hot spots.

Choose your own niche.
No matter how many affiliates are already on the internet and how many more will be joining, there is always a place for each one of them. That is why you need to choose your own niche and to choose it carefully. For example, you can not have a website about music and post different affiliate ads or links to TV, exercise equipment and nutritional supplements just because they have a lot of demand. These products are just not related to the main topic of your site.

Instead, choose a niche you can excel in and choose affiliate success programs that are related to it, programs and ads you yourself can promote and write about. For example, if you have a music review site, choose affiliate ads that link your visitors to albums, mp3 songs, videos, books and magazine subscriptions. Coherence is key and your site has got to have it.

Capture that list.
To someone with less than an entrepreneurial mindset, names and email addresses are just letters and numbers. To an enterprising affiliate, they mean potential income. Consider your email list as a captive market to whom you can send different offers. Best of all, you can build a solid network of friends and clients online.

Being a successful affiliate means differentiating yourself from the pack. People have to notice and trust you enough to actually buy something from you or because of you. If you want your affiliate program to succeed, work hard during the initial stages and work even harder as you go on. There will be other affiliates nipping at your heels but if you have established yourself well enough, you can be sure your affiliate will remain competitive and viable.

What a Lens is and Why You should Make One On Squidoo

Squidoo has been part of the new Web 2.0 category of internet marketing tools since 2005, though it has been picking up pace pretty rapidly. Squidoo allows an author to create a lens, a one page website, which focuses on any subject for free. A particular lens can draw information from numerous sources and place it all on one page for easy viewing and reading. Great for links.

A lens maker can create numerous lenses on a subject, focusing attention on a different aspect of the subject with each lens. On the other had, a lens maker can make numerous lenses that cover many different topics, reflecting the lens makers' different interests and expertise.

Internet Marketing

One of the many good uses for Squidoo lenses is to use the lens as part of an overall internet marketing strategy. One or more good lenses can help to bring attention, traffic, and credibility to a product or business by providing valuable information and resources. Additionally, the lens can help to establish the author as an expert in their field and a person whose advice should be taken seriously.

The single page websites that Squidoo allows an author to create are called lenses because the finished website focuses on a single subject or idea. This focused attention on a subject is very attractive to users of the internet who are constantly searching for answers to questions or problems. The internet search engines whose job it is to find good, focused websites that will answer the questions or problems are attracted to the lenses.

Therefore, the use of Squidoo lenses has become a valuable internet resource for building and marketing a business.

Basic Modules

There are numerous tools available on Squidoo to build a lens. Most of these tools are called modules. The modules create separate sections on the overall web page. Other tools available on Squidoo include the author's biographical area, a keyword list called tags, the lens title or headline, a lensroll, and RSS subscription for readers.

One of the basic modules allows the author to write short articles about various aspects of the lens's subject. Another basic module makes it easy to list and describe appropriate links to offsite information that complements the subject of the lens. For internet marketing purposes the author can use these basic modules to link to their own websites, thereby driving traffic to their own business.

Other basic modules provide links to commercial internet resources such as eBay, Amazon, Starbucks, CompUSA, and many other businesses where the reader can be directed to the author's own merchandise offerings or to merchandise and information that supports the author's own business. These modules can also provide some income, as the lens maker earns a small percentage of the sales of merchandise on these commercial websites.

Interactive Modules

Many modules are interactive in nature, which is why Squidoo is considered to be part of the new Web 2.0 category of interactive websites. Readers can respond to many of the modules, adding their own favorites to certain categories. For example, readers can add their favorite YouTube videos to the list of videos on the lens or add their favorite pictures to the lens's list. Additionally, readers can add their favorite links to a list of links that the author has provided on the lens, or they can add their comments or responses to questions asked by the lens's author. One of the favorite interactive modules is the voting module where readers can vote on a question by the lens's author or vote on a listing of favorite resources.

All of the interactive modules have the effect of creating new content for the lens. The benefit to the lens maker is that the new lens content makes their lens more searchable by the many internet search engines. This is an obvious boost to the lens maker's overall internet marketing strategy.

Syndicated Content Modules

Another category of modules is that of syndicated content that is drawn from other websites. For example, if the lens maker has a blog on the same subject as his lens, he can have the blog posts automatically directed to the lens each time he creates a new blog post. Other types of syndicated content include articles from magazines and newspapers. The lens maker can automatically draw content related to the subject of the lens each time a new article appears in the specified periodicals. Similar to reader interactivity, this constantly changing syndicated content refreshes the lens on a regular basis, making it more attractive to the internet search engines and giving a boost to the lens maker's internet marketing efforts.

Creating a Squidoo lens can be fun as well as wise. It's Free so set one up today and start getting some traffic!

Clickbank Affiliate Products

For ClickBank products you want to find a product that has a good sales page. This is the most important thing before commission.

If you have a choice between a product paying out 75% commission with a crappy sales letter or a product with an awesome sales letter and only paying out 25% commission. I would choose the 25% one. The average payout for electronic products is 50%.

The 2nd thing to pay attention to is do they have an autoresponder? If they do not, you should pick an affiliate that does. Email is a great way to make the customer come back to the website. And often the customer will need to be exposed to the product several times before they purchase the item...especially if the product is expensive.

And to answer your other question, yes if the customer does not buy the product right away and instead buys it through the follow up emails you should receive credit "generally speaking" because there is a cookie on the customers computer when they first clicked on your Affiliate link. The last click gets the sale. Cookies will last 60 days from ClickBank. If someone clicks on
your link and then returns to the site without going through another affiliate link, you will get the credit. If they go through another affiliate link, the other affiliate will get the credit.

This is what clickbank had to say about cookies:

Quote:
We define a cookie as any string of data that is automatically stored on your computer upon access to our online services. ClickBank employs cookies to assign temporary identification numbers to machines that access our web servers. This information enables us to deliver faster service to our subscribers, prevent denial of service attacks on our systems, detect and prevent fraudulent transactions, and assist with awarding proper sales credit to our partners. All ClickBank cookies are 1) of limited duration, 2) less than 5KB in length, 3) only visible to ClickBank web servers, and 4) devoid of any personally identifiable information.

1. Your sales page needs a Bold Red Headline. A headline will grab the reader’s attention and make them want to continue reading the sales page. If you don't have a headline you might as well kiss a good % of your customer’s goodbye.

2. The longer the sales page the better...to an extent. How long should it be? As long as it takes, generally more expensive products have longer sales pages.

3. You need bullet points. People like to skim sales letters and bullets grab their attentions to key points.

5. You need to have testimonials from other people. Most people will trust what other people say about the product. If your product is new, give a couple copies away to friends / associates and ask them to give their testimonials.

6. You must have at good 100% money back guarantee. I fought this one for the longest time. It hurt to think about it, especially electronic products when someone can easily use the product or service and then claim that they want a refund. But trust me, it has been proven that you will gain more sales from this alone, than if you did not have a money back guarantee. It's called "Risk Reversal" Sure some people will ask for their money back, but a greater percentage of people will buy your product so you end up winning in the end.

7. The layout and fonts need to be the same style and color. Don't have 6 different colored fonts in your sales letter. I made that mistake on my first one. It looked like a bunch of fruit loops with text! The main text should be black font size 12 or 14 and I hear typewriter font is best.

8. Graphics should be professionally done.
Don't screw yourself at the end and try to cheap out by doing the graphics yourself or having some crappy artist design your headers, footers and all around design. If anything you should spend the most possible for the best design. Expect to pay around $97 and up to $397 for a nice looking mini site.

How to Create the Best Affiliate Website

You want to make money with affiliate programs. What is the main thing that you need? A list. And how do you get that list? You must have a website.

Many new affiliate marketers just promote the link that the affiliate program gives them. They may be making some money, but the truth is that customers rarely puchase the first time that they see a product. Now, ask yourself what happens if they decide to buy that product later. You lose your commission!

If you have your own website, you can capture those prospective customers' name and email address and "remind" them about the product that they were interested in.

Many of the successful affiliate marketers only have what is called a "squeeze" page or a landing page. They give out a free report or ebook to get people to subscribe to their list.

My approach is a bit different. I feel that people are visiting my websites because they want information. So, I do my best to give them that information. Sure, I have a newsletter subscription box on my site, but I am having more success with providing the information that people are looking for.

You don't absolutely HAVE to have a content site to have an affiliate website. There are different types of sites that can direct traffic to your affiliate merchant.

1. Price comparison sites. These sites are mostly dominated by the big corporations like Shopzilla so it is more difficult for an affiliate marketer to make any money with comparison sites. It is possible to have a product feed to take care of some of the technical aspects, but it's still difficult.

2. Product review sites. Product review sites are becoming more and more popular. Pick products that match your content topic.

3. "Mini" sites. These sites (as I mentioned before) that normally just have an optin page to gather the names and emails of prospects. Then, you create an autoresponder series to introduce these people to your affiliate products. Your messages are NOT sales letters. They are based on the good, quality information that they are looking for.

4. And, of course, the plain old content site. Although, these days, content sites don't have to be all that plain. Content can be defined as words, videos, audio and multimedia. The possibilities are endless.

Now that you know that you need a website, how do you go about getting one? Let's take a look:

1. Hire someone to create a beautiful site for you. This can run into big money. You CAN get a reasonably priced web designer if you do your research. If you do decide to go this way, be sure that you ask for references (yes, just like in the offline world), and check them out.

2. Blogging. I love blog sites because the search engines love them AND because they are "easy peasy." The two top choices for creating a blog are WordPress and Blogger.com (http://blogger.com). WordPress is free from http://wordpress.org. It can be installed with just a few clicks from your web hosting control panel (provided you have cpanel type hosting.) Blogger.com is an online service provided by Google. I prefer WordPress because Google has a habit of deleting blogs without notice for reasons that are known only to them. Have you heard the funny story about when Google deleted their own blog?

3. Design Dashboard, by Marlon Sanders: Point and click your way to a beautifully designed website. I have used this and so I know that this learn and you do system is terrific to those who have never created a website.

4. XSite Pro is extremely easy for the newbie to use so that they don't have to have a website designer create a site for them. Just point, click and type. It has a built in template system plus third-party templates are available everywhere these days.

5. Microsoft FrontPage or Dreamweaver. This software is a little more difficult to learn, but I did it - so you can do it if you want!

6. Nvu. (http://nvu.com). A free HTML editor that is pretty easy to learn. The best part? I'll repeat: FREE.

7. SiteBuildIt is the only all-in-one site-building, site-hosting, AND site-marketing system of software tools for affiliate marketers.

7. Squidoo. You can create a squidoo lens with articles that will promote your affiliate product. I would still recommend that you have your own domain name and website.

Also remember that you don't have to promote products that are in the internet marketing arena. Think about your hobbies, interests and talents. You might just come up with a niche that is very profitable.

Stick to affiliate products that fit your niche. People are not looking for gambling products on a fashion site! Yes, there are millions of people on the 'Net but they are looking for something specific. Give it to them.

Your affiliate website is your most important asset because it is where people come up to sign up for your newsletter. You've heard it before: the money is in the list. So, give your website a clean, professional look as well as providing the information that visitors are looking for.

The Top 4 Reasons You MUST Consider When Choosing an Affiliate Program

Choosing the right affiliate program is vital for your success in making a successful career of affiliate marketing.

Time is precious and you do not want to invest too much of it on programs that are never going to pay off.

As I am sure you are aware, there are many internet scams out there - so you need to be careful before investing your time and effort in any one direction.

In this article, we're going to learn how to distinguish an excellent affiliate program from a rather mediocre one. Yes, indeed. Not all affiliate programs are built alike. Some are simply better than others.

I personally spent at least two years flitting from one program to another and even got involved with the occasional scam. I lacked guidance and lost $1000s trying everything possible to become successful.

I made a few dollars here and there so I knew it was possible to make money online. I just needed a break or someone to put me on the right path.

Here are some points that you need to consider when choosing your affiliate program:

1. How much is the commission rate being offered by the affiliate program? Obviously, you want as high a commission rate as possible. Who wouldn't, right? True, but there is no point gaining 70%-90% of the sale if the product is crap:-) - which leads me on to my next consideration.

2. How sellable is the product? If you are going to spend time and/or advertising money promoting a product then you must check to see if there are other people finding success selling this product.

A good place to start is Google. If you find advertisers on Google selling this product through Google adwords, then you can be sure there is a profit to be made.

You can also do a quick search of topical online discussion forums where you will find the unbiased reviews and testimonials of other entrepreneurs and internet marketers.

3. How credible is the affiliate program? Is there a big, well known Internet Marketers' name on the product? Do they have a track record of great products and satisfied customers.

You do not want to be known for recommending second rate products online.

Building a trustful reputation online is a massive part of becoming successful so it is extremely important that you only recommend products that yourself and others have found to be useful.

4. How and when will you get paid? There are various ways you can get paid your affiliate commissions. I prefer a straight bank transfer to my account. The most commons methods are by company check or via Paypal.

Paypal is an online payment system that will transfer any money you accumulate directly to your bank account. It is free to join but they will take a small charge for each transaction.

Some affiliate companies pay weekly or fortnightly but the vast majority pay once per month. I would not join a program that paid me less frequently than monthly.

Choosing your affiliate program is only a beginning but if you choosing wisely could make the difference between the success of failure of your affiliate marketing business.

Benefits of Being an Affiliate Marketer

Affiliate marketing has become one of the most effective ways to advertise online. It is also one of the easiest ways for anyone with a website to make a profit online. Affiliate Marketing is an agreement between a merchant and a website owner. The website owner, or the affiliate, allows the use of their site for the promotion of the merchant's products by linking to the merchant's website. In exchange, the merchant pays a commission to the affiliate on all sales generated by the affiliate. Every time someone clicks on the link on the affiliate website and proceeds to make a purchase, the affiliate gets a commission. The merchant will pay the affiliate only when a customer clicks on the product link and makes a purchase.

Affiliate marketing programs are described as a win-win situation for both the merchant and the affiliate because of the pay-for-performance scheme. Both the merchant and the affiliate enjoy some benefits in affiliate marketing. There are many benefits on the merchant's side. It gives the merchant a wider market in which to advertise a product or service. Affiliate marketing will give the product or service the maximum exposure that it may not get with other traditional advertising techniques. The more affiliate sites a merchant has, the higher the traffic, which can convert to sales. Affiliate marketing is the equivalent of having an army of sales people who will do the advertising and will only get a commission if a customer purchases.

Meanwhile, since an affiliate marketing relationship is a win-win situation, the affiliate also enjoys many benefits. Foremost among these is the easy way to make a profit. The affiliate can earn by having an ad or link to the merchant's website, which prospective customers will hopefully click and proceed to make a purchase. As soon as the customer clicks on the ad on the affiliate's site, is redirected to the merchant's website and goes on to buy that particular product, the affiliate earns a commission. The more referrals there are the more profit for the affiliate.

Affiliate marketing is an excellent way to earn money while at home. There are virtually no production costs. The product is already developed and proven by the merchant, and all you have to do to find, as many prospects as you can that will bring in the profit for both the merchant and the affiliate. Affiliate programs are usually free to join, so affiliates do not have to worry about start-up costs. There are thousands of products and services you can choose from. You can find affiliate programs for every product under the sun. Surely, there is a product or service out there that is relevant to your website.

In addition, there is absolutely no sales experience necessary. Most affiliate programs offer excellent support when it comes to providing marketing material. The simplicity of affiliate marketing allows you to be an affiliate marketer at the least cost and the most comfort. You can even build a successful affiliate marketing business right in the convenience of your own home. In affiliate marketing, your responsibility is simply to find prospects for the merchant; you do not have to worry about inventory, order processing, and product shipping. These, along with customer service support are the duties of the merchant.

Because of the global reach of the internet, you can easily find thousands of prospects. You can intensify your advertising campaign by exploiting more aggressive and productive strategies such as viral marketing. By attracting more prospects, you also maximize your potential to earn. Another benefit of an affiliate marketer is the minimal risk involved. If the product you are advertising is not making money then you can dump it and choose another. There are no long-term binding contracts tying you to products that are not making enough money.

All the same, the best benefit of being an affiliate marketer is the opportunity to increase your income; and you can make a profit even if affiliate marketing is only a sideline business. With your own affiliate business, you can earn easily earn extra income, although you do have to exert effort and use your imagination to maximize your earning potential. Indeed, affiliate marketing is one of the simplest and most effective business opportunities on the web today.

3 Things All Affiliate Marketers Need To Survive Online

Every affiliate marketer is always looking for the successful market that gives the biggest paycheck. Sometimes they think it is a magic formula that is readily available for them. Actually, it is more complicated than that. It is just good marketing practices that have been proven over years of hard work and dedication.
There are tactics that have worked before with online marketing and is continuing to work in the online affiliate marketing world of today. With these top three marketing tips, you will be able to able to increase your sales and survive in the affiliate marketing online.

What are these three tactics?

1. Using unique web pages to promote each separate product you are marketing. Do not lump all of it together just to save some money on web hosting. It is best to have a site focusing on each and every product and nothing more.

Always include product reviews on the website so visitors will have an initial understanding on what the product can do to those who buys them. Also include testimonials from users who have already tried the product. Be sure that these customers are more than willing to allow you to use their names and photos on the site of the specific product you are marketing.

You can also write articles highlighting the uses of the product and include them on the website as an additional page. Make the pages attractive compelling and include calls to act on the information. Each headline should attract the readers to try and read more, even contact you. Highlight your special points. This will help your readers to learn what the page is about and will want to find out more.

2. Offer free reports to your readers. If possible position them at the very top side of your page so it they simply cannot be missed. Try to create autoresponder messages that will be mailed to those who input their personal information into your sign up box. According to research, a sale is closed usually on the seventh contact with a prospect.

Only two things can possibly happen with the web page alone: closed sale or the prospect leaving the page and never return again. By placing useful information into their inboxes at certain specified period, you will remind them of the product they thought they want later and will find out that the sale is closed. Be sure that the content is directed toward specific reasons to buy the product. Do not make it sound like a sales pitch.

Focus on important points like how your product can make life and things easier and more enjoyable. Include compelling subject lines in the email. As much as possible, avoid using the word “free” because there are still older spam filters that dumps those kind of contents into the junk before even anyone reading them first. Convince those who signed up for your free reports that they will be missing something big if they do not avail of your products and services.

3. Get the kind of traffic that is targeted to your product. Just think, if the person who visited your website has no interest whatsoever in what you are offering, they will be among those who move on and never come back. Write articles for publication in e-zines and e-reports. This way you can locate publications that is focusing on your target customers and what you have put up might just grab their interest.

Try to write a minimum of 2 articles per week, with at least 300-600 words in length. By continuously writing and maintaining these articles you can generate as many as 100 targeted readers to your site in a day.

But at the same time earning rich dollars from affiliate marketing is not something impossible. It may make you dumbstruck to hear that an affiliate can earn up to $50,000 a month but when you will find this to be your bank balance, what will be your reaction? You must begin on the clear note that you are going to take up this affiliate marketing as a serious business.
Initially you can begin as a part timer but if you are fair on your deal that you want to gallop to the height of the super affiliate, this part time business won’t fetch you lot. So even if you desire for it, you won’t deserve it.
Things are fun but need patience, dedication, marketing skill and sincerity.
You cannot be casual and think to be drenched into wealth. No! Work on your interest but follow the call of the market.
Chalk out the target visitors to the web network and then research on the affiliate programs proposed by the business houses. Merge the two and work out the pros and cons. Study well the area of possibilities you can make out of the business. And there you are.
You may or may not have a personal website. If you don’t have it, you can throughout access with the help of your affiliate “ID”. So you don’t face any such hazards like attending to the consumers’ problems and complaints. Only set the right links and help both the seller and the buyer to meet online. If there is a deal you get the share of your effort to bridge this gap.
If you can really grow into a super affiliate, not only you earn great perks, but you lead a life of your wishes. No tension of doing work at the boss’s gunpoint, else do it whenever you would like to. And you can operate this from any corner of the globe.
Fetching a good amount from affiliate marketing can also be a matter of analyzing the competitive factor of web marketing. You just cannot go on with your efficiency without the knowledge of your surroundings. The way this is true for human existence, it is worth same for affiliate marketing.
The real trick you will have to play is set up your pace in this online marketing competitiveness. What factors attract customers instantly? You have to research them out and then make the master plan of your website (only if you want) to propagate with speed in your affiliate business.

Let’s Make Money In 24hrs Or Less!!!

Well, here’s how you can make some bank quickly and easily without breaking the bank too. Let’s take a quick look at Pay Per Click (PPC) Marketing and see how underrated it is and how you can seriously make some cash without getting too wrapped up and hung up on the usual things that stop you from moving forward.

1- Create a site. If you don’t know how to, well, get someone to do it for you. It’s not that hard, hell, even I can do it and I am a retard when it comes to tech/design stuff. So buy a domain, get a cheap hosting account for it, toss up a WordPress blog and theme (takes the hassle out of creating a site), and you’re in business.

2- Depending on what your domain theme is, if it has one, make the site around an affiliate marketing offer. It can be a product, a service, doesn’t really matter which. Just pick something! There are no bad ideas or good ideas, everything can work in it’s own right if done correctly. If you are being a lazy bastard and need me to pick one for you, then choose a product that is cheap for the end user and serves some type of beneficial purpose. Ad networks have a billion offers, I’m sure you can find one. But try and keep out of finance/mortgage and ringtones for now, because those take lots of research, time and cash.

3- Great, you have your product picked out, now make a blog post about it. If you don’t know all that much about it, do some quick research on Wikipedia or Google. It’s also a good idea to put a banner up or a full page ad for it if you aren’t going to write a blog post about it. Either way, make sure the theme of the blog is about the product you are promoting. Maybe make the color scheme the same as the page where the user will buy something or fill out the lead.

4- So let’s assume you have your domain, host, blog with the offer all setup. Alright, so now comes traffic, the fun part! Let’s use Google Adwords and MSN AdCenter for it. Take $100 and deposit it into each of the accounts. You probably won’t use all of it, but it’s good to have it in there. With Adsense we can begin right away, but with MSN you may have to wait 24 hours or so until their slow asses get to approving the account. With both though, there are tons of free cash coupons and promo codes out there, and some on WickedFire.com that you can use and get some free cash to use.

5- Time for some keyword research. Before you start to use every keyword tool under the sun, let’s do a bit of manual work. First go and look at the advertiser’s page and pull keywords off there by hand. We want to focus on something called LONG TAIL KEYWORDS. We don’t want the one or two word keywords because they are very general, expensive, and usually being looked at for research purposes and don’t have many “buy now” people using them. A long tail keyword are those 3, 4, 5+ word keywords that really target a product. So for example, a good longtail mortgage refinance keyword I would use is “refinance los angeles california” or “bad credit refinance new york” INSTEAD of “refinance new york” or “refinance la”. You can even compare the prices, and you’ll see the longer ones may not get much traffic on it, but they are so cheap compared to the other more general ones.

6- So you have some general and longtail keywords. Fantastic. Now some people use misspelling tools and whatnot, which is a good idea, so go over to SEOBook.com into the tools section and use Aaron Wall’s misspelling tool. But don’t do that just yet, because that’s the last step. What you should do first is get a nice long list of longtail keywords of what you think people are using when they are in “buying mode” when searching on the engines for your product. So if the product is some kind of insole for a shoe, your keywords would be: buy shoe insole, cheap insole for shoes, doctor recommended shoe insole. Those are pretty good, and sure, they are nowhere near as robust as something like “shoe insole” or “shoe pad” but they are more likely to be in buying mode than researching mode. So your job, for the next 1-3 hours is to gather up as many of these keywords as possible. If you want to use keyword tools to do it for you, by all means, knock yourself out, but if this is your first time doing something like this, and you want to learn how to do it right, do it by hand, the old fashioned way, just until you get the swing of things. When you’re done collecting the keywords, run it through the misspelling tool, and save the end result. Make sure to also group the keywords into 5-15 keywords per group for Adwords and AdCenter. You’ll thank me later.

7- We have our keywords, the site, the domain, the product. Wonderful, now on to getting some traffic finally! Take those groups of keywords and make one primary campaign for them in AdWords and the sub-campaigns for them based on which keyword theme they are. You don’t want to put too many keywords into one group because you want to keep your ads as relevant as possible for that group of keywords that it represents. So go ahead and make your ads. I typically write out 3-4 ads in the beggining, but sometimes as little as 2. It really depends on how confident you are of the keywords. Make sure to include the keyword, or the main idea of the base keywords (meaning, if the keywords all revolve around “back pain” make sure “back pain” is in the ads). Don’t be boring with the ad copy either, try and liven it up to get the attention of the searcher that will make them want to not only click on your ad, but also buy or fill out a lead for your product. Use your domain and page/site for this. Make sure all the traffic goes to your killler blog page.

8- Once you’re done with all of the above do something very important now.. Change the keywords so they are all EXACT and PHRASE matches. You can even go as far as to create seperate ad groups if you really want to, but sometimes that’s just overkill and may also screw up your other campaigns for good keywords. The reason you don’t want to go with broad in the beginning is because you’re on a mission now. That mission is not to make money, but to get your CTR up to a nice level. You’re going to want to be doing this for a good day or so. Don’t worry, you won’t lose much money, and afterall, a lot of those clicks aren’t just going to go nowhere, they’ll be going to your blog/promo page. You still have a great chance that they will also result in a sale/lead. So no need to fret about it.

9- Wow step 9 already, look how quickly we flew through this tutorial. Granted there are a lot of details being left out, but you will learn them on your own and pick them up pretty quickly too. You have to admit, this is a hell of a lot easier than you thought it would be right? So the reason I want you to use a blog or something with content on it and not just a redirect or linking directly to the affiliate code is because Google and MSN have this algorithm called QS aka Quality Score. They say, that if a site looks like it’s not selling something exclusively, meaning, that the site’s sole purpose is to spread information rather than sales then it should not be paying as much as a commercial site that has a huge budget. Also these types of results (your site) are relevant for users and give them what they are looking for, instead of a sales page and a “buy this thing now or you will die!” approach. We want the users to buy or fill out leads, but we don’t want to give them the impression that it’s ALL we want, so maybe tack on a newsletter signup link. You can use Aweber, they are cheap and good. Also tack on a few information links on the blogroll or in the posts. To really beef up your QS, send some inbound links from other blogs, directories, sites, forums, wherever really. Just pretend you are SEO’ing it as well as using it for a PPC campaign. Within 2 weeks or less your QS should jump, your CTR should jump, and best of all, your PPC bid price will drop! In the wise words of Borat.. Wowaweewa!

10- This is not over. Just because your ROI is 2:1-3:1 or better doesn’t mean you are leaving this alone and moving onto the next thing. Your ass needs to go over everything, step by step. Keep a list. What went wrong and why? What changes did you make to it, and what type of effect did it have on the sale/lead/traffic? Ask yourselves as many questions as possible. If you can’t answer it yourself, go to the forums and ask someone there. There is an answer to almost any PPC and affiliate marketing related question on WickedFire.com somewhere, and if we don’t have it, another forum will, or ASK about it, because as great as we may seem to think we are, we can’t read your mind and see what’s going wrong. Be as detailed as possible too!

So there you have it. A blog post of value, quality and meaning. Will it make you millions? I doubt it. But be realistic, you need to try things out and learn them for yourself before you can pass judgement on it or decide it’s “too hard”, because this is not hard at all. This is easy shit compared to any job offline that you may have had to do for a paycheck. So quit sitting on your ass and reading this, and go out and do something about it! The rest is up to you boys and girls, so go make me proud and try it!

Did “Affiliate Rockstar Status” steal its biggest idea from “AdWords180″?

Last week you probably saw all the big-name Internet gurus hawking a new ebook called Affiliate Rockstar Status!. What’s the book about? It’s about making money by promoting ClickBank affiliate products.
It’s mostly no different than any of a dozen well-hyped ebooks like Dayjob Killer!, Adwords Killer!, Adwords Miracle!, Beating Adwords!, Google MoneyPro!etc. etc. Unless you’re new to affiliate marketing, there’s probably not much in the book that will interest you. Except for one tantalizing thing: how to get cheap AdWords advertising. Now that sounds really great, and it’s the thing that everyone seems to be focusing on.
Here’s the kicker, though: the method that Affiliate Rockstar Status!.is promoting as the same method that was first described in the vastly under-promoted book Adwords180!. Unlike most of the other techniques I’ve tried out I was able to make a profit with the AdWords180 technique.
I knew it was just a matter of time before the technique started showing up in other books, of course. I’ve seen it mentioned in Adwords Killer!
, which was updated recently. I’m sure it will be a core method in any AdWords book from now on.That said, I haven’t seen these other books describe the technique in as detailed a fashion as the original Adwords180-! book. Because of this, AdWords180 is still the book I recommend to anyone seriously looking to reduce their AdWords advertising costs — and willing to use the elbow grease necessary to do so.
That’s the downfall of the AdWords180 method, though, and something that’s prevented me from doing much with it. The method depends on using AdWords site targeting and finding specific pages on the Web that meet certain criteria for traffic. Finding those pages is a real pain. What’s needed is a good tool to automate some of the tedious gruntwork.
So here’s the deal I’m going to make with you. If you buy ANY AdWords book that describes the AdWords180 technique through my affiliate link, I’ll give you a free copy of the tool once I release it. Besides Adwords180!, this includes Adwords Killer!
and Affiliate Rockstar Status!.
Of the three, the cheapest and most detailed is the original Adwords180!. because I made a special deal with the author a while back for my subscribers to let them buy a limited quantity of the book at $67. However, everyone’s needs are different and so it’s up to you to choose which book is best for you. Just make sure that the ClickBank payment screen says “[affiliate=luther13z]” at the bottom when you go to pay! Yes, the offer is retroactive: if you already bought one of these books through my link, I’ll be happy to include you in the offer.
I will also offer the tool for sale separately for those of you who already bought one of these books from someone else.
You don’t have to buy any of these books now, of course, because the tool isn’t ready. I will announce it when it is ready.
As with all my tools, this unnamed tool will work on Windows, Macintosh or Linux systems.
If you have any ideas for other tools, I’d love to hear them. I’ve been toying around with the idea of creating a membership site that gives you automatic access to all the tools I create, too, so watch for an announcement about that (if I decide to go ahead with it…)

Discover How To Harness The Power Of ClickBank To Start Earning Lots Of Mon

Most people can make money almost 24 hours after setting up their affiliate links, if done properly of course but first and foremost you have to join an affiliate program. One of the easiest ways by which you can join affiliate programs of hundreds if not thousands of products is by joining Clickbank.

Simply put, you can promote and earn commissions from every product that is being sold via Clickbank. Gone are the days of looking for affiliate programs for particular products or infoproducts individually. You would only have to log-in or visit Clickbank.com in order to view the products that you can promote. As a side note, Clickbank specializes in infoproducts, should you want to promote physical products, most of them can be found on Commission Junction at CJ.com.

To start making money online right now, you have to be a member of Clickbank first. Then once you're a member, click promote products and then select marketplace. Type in the type of infoproduct you want to promote. Then when the list comes out click the create hoplink link below the product you want to promote and then enter your affiliate id which is usually the same as your Clickbank username. Once you have your affiliate link, you can start putting them in your websites or sending them out to your friends for them to check out.

Once they click the link and decide to purchase, you get a hefty cut usually above 50% of the price. Not bad at all! Make sure that you put those links in a site that is related to the product you're promoting and don't hard-sell your site visitors to buy the product.

One of the more useful styles to pre-sell the product is by talking about it on your blog or on your website via a review or commentary. Some people just do a review without actually buying the product so the review they come up with is shallow at best. Try to buy the product first and create a review if you didn't like it then ask for a refund. The benefits of course are enormous, you have an honest review (it comes out in your writing) and people trust you more so they're more willing to buy products through you in the long run resulting in more sales commissions for you.

In closing, if you haven't yet signed up with ClickBank you should strongly consider. It could be your pathway to financial freedom.

3. Create multiple streams of income with your web site. You could sell your own products, join affiliate programs, sell advertising space, etc.
4. Give your visitors compliments in your ad copy. This can earn their trust and put them in a good mood, in return they will be easier to sell too.
5. Create new products or services only if there is a strong need for them. You won't have anyone to sell them to if you don't have a market.
6. Sell your backend products to your customers right after they order. Take them to a "Thank You" web page that includes other products you sell.
7. Sell a few products on your web site instead of selling a large amount of products. To many choices can overwhelm your visitors and they won't buy.
8. Include content and free stuff on your web site that promote the products you're selling. If they don't read your ads, they may read your offerings.
9. Remind your visitors that you're human not just a web site. You could publish information on your family life, a picture of yourself , a profile, etc.
10. Provide a "Contact Page" on your web site. Give your visitors as many options to contact you as possible. This'll add credibility to your business.

Set yourself apart from other affiliates

Considered today as one of the best and easiest way to earn some money, affiliate marketing is now attracting many people to represent themselves in this type of business. But as competition is getting a bit bigger, you may need some ways to distinguish yourself from the rest of the affiliate marketers. MyAdsenseCash: 14,700 Adsense Sites In 138 Niches! For the major reason that many of your competitors including you are promoting the exact same program, in the exact same zone or on the exact same websites perhaps. Now here are some tips that you may consider in order for you to stay in this business and have the chance to outwit and outplay other competitors of yours. The first thing is for you to have your own website. It is very essential for you to have your own website in considering affiliate marketing as your professional career. Secondly, potential customers primarily go to websites in order for them to search and sometimes purchase items they were looking for. For the same reason that it is much easier to remember than a certain URL that you may be using and you can just point to your visitors the affiliate page in your website.
Another thing to remember is to have your own ad. A lot of times affiliates marketers have published the same ad two or three times done by advertisers. Step By Step Websites In 3-6 Hours. In this case, you may email the owner of your affiliate program asking that you make your own ads. This way, people may not become immune to ads, because sometimes seeing the same ads over and over again, may just make your potential customers to just skip it all together. Besides, your primarily purpose is to attract or encourage people to click and read your ads and be curios enough to click through your website.
Step three, have some products of your won which are only available through your website. Once you have your website going, it is important to have some products or services that your customers can’t find with other affiliate’s site. You want your customers to keep coming to your site and the best way to do that is to have something on your site that they can’t find on others. Being an affiliate marketer we must then choose a certain market segment where you can have a potential leadership or at least a strong challenger role.
The fourth step is to build a strong relationship with people who already buy your product. Now, in order for you as the marketer to fully answer the query of your potential customers, it is best to try and buy the product by yourself. With this particular notion, you can better sell the product that you are trying to market. You can share to your potential customers what a great experience you had with the product, and this can make them interested enough to buy the product. You may also be able to provide a support if necessary or you may provide a confident tutorial or steps on how to use the product that you are trying to market based on your personal experience. Entailing this idea is to be totally honest about the product that you are trying to market. If you find out that the program you were promoting is a scam, stop promoting it and inform your readers about it. This will help you build credibility with your lists.
We all make mistakes and admitting your mistake will boost your reader’s confidence in you. Lastly, don’t try to market everything you see. With services such as click bank, it is easy to become overwhelmed and try to market everything in the click bank marketplace. That is not a good idea. It’s better to focus on one market and market products that they would want. This is called niche marketing. MyAutoResponderPro.com.
Try also to promote a certain product, which conforms to the specifications measured through indications of customer-satisfaction, rather than indicators of self-gratification. It is the customer who decides what to buy and not the company or the affiliate marketer. The company simply produces products catering to the needs and wants of their chosen market segment.
Today, different types of business are emerging from all over the world in a multinational level to reign supreme on their specific market segment that they are trying to dominate, and affiliate marketing is one of them. Affiliate marketing is definitely here to stay and it can become a great way to earn extra or even part time income. However, it won’t happen overnight. Like everything else in life, you’re going to have to put a lot of hard work into it. Good luck to you in your new venture.

Affiliate Marketing Road Map to Success

Affiliate Marketing is one the of the fastest and easiest business opportunities online if you apply the right business plan. As with any business you need to have a plan of action prior to getting started or else you could potentially risk loosing thousands of dollars.

I have seen hundreds of people fail at affiliate marketing simply because they do not take time to create a plan of action. I am guilty of this myself when I first started out. I wasted hundreds of dollars and time applying marketing methods that simply did not work. Don't make the same mistake. Spend a little time creating a plan of action and stick to it.

In 2004 I was laid off from my employer of six years and was struggling financially. After months of struggling to keep a home for my family, I began searching online for a legitimate business to help compensate for my lost income. That's when I discovered affiliate marketing.

Over the next several years I must have become a member of hundreds of affiliate programs. I spent countless hours and money working many nights until 2 or 3 o'clock in the morning marketing these programs to only see minimal results. To say the least I was becoming very discouraged. I told myself I would continue 6 more months before giving up. One night I ran across a website talking about simple techniques if applied can transform your business and cut your marketing effort by 50%. Over the next several months I began applying these techniques and could not believe the results I was having. I finally cracked the affiliate marketing code!

I could not believe how simple these few techniques were. Not only was I making much more money but I was only working a couple hours a day and achieving 1000% more reward for my efforts!

I have listed each requirement below to become truly successful as an affiliate marketer. I will discuss each one further as we continue.

1. Create a Business Plan
2. Get Your Own Website and Domain Name
3. Setup Email Auto Responders
4. Only Join Affiliate Programs That Pay Top Commission
5. Pick only 4 to 6 Affiliate Programs to Market
6. Duplication - Teaching others

Affiliate Marketing Can Boost Your Income

Affiliate marketing is one of the most popular ways to work at home on the Internet. Affiliate marketing programs are very flexible and easy to maintain. They have many benefits and perks that make them ideal for the Internet marketplace.

Affiliate marketing is everywhere on the Internet. Many companies have created affiliate marketing programs as a way to boost their business. People who are wanting to work at home on the Internet are finding affiliate marketing programs to be the answer they have been searching for because it is such a great concept.

Affiliate marketing programs are basically a commission job. The affiliate (you) sells products for the main company. They are given the tools necessary to set up a website and to then market their website. Visitors to the website buy the products from the affiliate website instead of the main company’s site and the affiliate makes commission on those sales.

It is a win-win situation for both the affiliates and the main company. The main company is able to get their products out into the marketplace on a larger scale without having to do extra advertising or marketing. The affiliate is able to cash in on the brand name and the popularity already established by the main company.

Affiliate programs are also great because a person can enroll in them for free. They can also have multiple affiliate programs, as long as they don’t compete with each other. This makes affiliate marketing an amazing way to cash in on the Internet marketplace.

Agloco is the bomb

I have been reading a blogger named RZ McCall - http://mccallsnotes.spaces.live.com/
He does a great job to detailling what he has done to make him a top AGLOCO recruiter - and it it seems ‘easy’ to duplicate.
Here it is ………………………………………………..
“Before I start, I want to explain a couple of things I believe that help me organize my effort in recruiting (some of which I have covered in previous blogs):· I believe that 80% of the people who join AGLOCO will not recruit new members and the AGLOCO program (and thus my recruiting) needs to address why these people will be very happy they are members of AGLOCO · And of the 20% that do recruit, most will be casual recruiters (send out some emails to friends and maybe mention it a couple of times to people they see.) and a few will take the extra time to get really involved in AGLOCO recruiting. Some of my advice is to both of these groups and some just to the really dedicated.
Point #1 – Know why “Every Internet user should join ALGOCO” - (here are the reasons I use)
All Internet users help create value on the Internet and should get their fair share of it – and AGLOCO has a great plan to get it for its members. If Google can afford to pay AOL 10 cents a searchand if YouTube (with users doing 90% of the ‘work’) – can be sold of $1.6 billion, then there is plenty of ‘excess’ value to share with the users. What share will an AGLOCO member with no referrals get? –They will get their share of AGLOCO’s profits . In my personal view this will eventually be $100 to $200 a year – but at the beginning much less.In addition to the cash payments members will get their share of the ownership of the company – This could be much more than the annual cash check due to the multiplier effect of earnings. All Members get security and utility – There is a short list of items on the AGLOCO site, I think AGLOCO members will drive the utility of the Viewbar to become very useful for all members. It is the right thing to do – AGLOCO is nothing short of an Internet Economic Revolution – and YOU should be supporting it. That is pretty much how I say that.. (- like Wikipedia is Internet revolution in freedom of Internet information)Membership is always free and all data is totally private (no spyware). AGLOCO never gives out any member data to anyone at any time (Read Privacy Policy) And they have one of the top anti-spam and privacy people in the world as their Chief Privacy Officer, Ray Everett-Church, (he wrote the “Internet Privacy for Dummies” book and the “Anti-spam for Dummies” book.
Point #2 – Know why “All AGLOCO members should recruit new members.”
AGLOCO can better serve its individual members the bigger the total membership gets. – This is because AGLOCO can get:
Better deals with business partners the larger the network is (size matters when making marketing deals).Better Viewbar software (the more users the more other companies will want to connect their software with the AGLOCO Viewbar).Recruiting members can increase their ’share’ of AGLOCO by recruiting new members.AGLOCO does reward network builders who recruit new members (recruit five new members and ‘double” your share – recruit 25 and increase your share 5 times)Point #3 – Know how to “Motivate new members to recruit for AGLOCO.”
Give them a planMost people use email – so ‘ask them when they are going to send them.’Most potential builders are worth a personal call or visit – ask your new recruits to list the people they now who would be good AGLOCO buildersGive them the toolsSample emailsAnswers to questions they get asked (I told them to email them with any questions they get.Point #4 – Just keep at it.
Keep recruiting new members every chance we can.Keep in touch with your recruits to help the keep recruiting as well.Good luck……….. RZ “

The Best Affiliate Programs Going

Where do I begin:
The world of blogging has opened new doors for affiliates and their programs.
I have found it's quite a hard nut to crack , but with (KNOWLEDGE+PATIENCE+PERSEVERANCE) we can all accomplish PROFITS. Or at least that's what I'm hoping for . So with a head full of hopes here I go.
The first of all the affiliate programs to mention is of course "THE RICH JERK"(http:luther13z.richjerk.hop.clickbank.net),well what can i say the he doesn't say .
